Sounds like non of the first batches have been released yet.

It updates early morning...with what ive read on various forums its expected to issue either tomorrow or Thursday x

Usually the day after the site has updated for me.

Does anyone know what actual checks they go through once refunded requested? 

Why it takes upto 10 working days with it being automated service. Always been curious.

10 days is automatic I think any longer it goes for verification checks like address bank and then any longer full checks
