Really it shouldn't even say payment pending 19th as they are a day behind so to get repayment pending 19th it would need to be the 20th o.o
There are others that get payments issued even if you don't do on the 6th (if you do a bit later)and I'm pretty sure from previous years that more do get issued next week although I've never had the issue.
Mines usually first batch or checked and I tend to do on the 6th.0
