DCB Legal Letter Of Claim

Ask them why they are contacting you when they should not be doing this until 5th July under the terms of the 30 day hold? Unless, of course, they are calling to tell you they have discontinued and offer you compensation! Or just as @B789 wrote.RJM29 said:Should I answer when they ring if there ring or just ignore the call?
If I answer what should I say?1 -
Second call missed from DCB legal today.0

It's well past the 6 years and DCB legal haven't been in touch
Is that the end of it all?0 -
Maybe... maybe not.RJM29 said:It's well past the 6 years and DCB legal haven't been in touch
Is that the end of it all?
Depends entirely on DCB Legal and their client.
There is nothing to stop them sending you more begging letters in the hope that you pay them.
If they do that just respond in writing stating that the matter is now statute barred.2 -

Is that the end of it all?Congrats - yes they now cannot sue you. Now this one is at an end, well done for pushing it over the line with your last timely response. And we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government's private parking charges Consultation?
Anticipated to start THIS MONTH.
We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA and roboclaim 'legals' appalling gaslighting behaviour.
Please come back here when it opens.
If you are not a regular reader, to be alerted you'll need to bookmark the thread by MSE_JC at the top of the forum and enable (on your profile) email alerts for bookmarked threads.
Then join us when the Consultation opens. We need all MSE-reading victims of this horrific harassment and bullying by parking firms and their hired 'legals' to be heard.
See you back here in a couple of weeks please if you and your motoring family want to stop this litigation rush by banning the £70 add-on fee that disproportionately funds the roboclaim firms.
Don't miss it!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
