    Fantastic!

Right...you need to get this over the line. Then they cannot file a claim at all and it's dead after that date.

    So, you told us this:

"An email was sent to DCB Legal as instructed to request information and documents about the parking offence, that was sent on the 28th of April."

You got a reply on 11th May?

OK, and so they replied to your questions and said you had 30 days from 11th May.

OK...have you yet deployed the magic words:

"I am now seeking debt advice"?

If not, DO NOT DO THAT YET but do it in the first week of June.  They will then be forced to give you a final (extra) 30 days.

DO NOT MISS THIS. FINAL PUSH. YOU MUST DO IT AT THE RIGHT TIME. DIARISE IT.  AND DO NOT PUT THE WRONG WORDS.  HAS TO BE EXACTLY WHAT I SAID.

Or have you already said that?

I have not yet responded or said that I am seeking debt advice.

But I will do so between the 1st of June and 8th of June.

Will be in touch with you afterwoods.

They aren't allowed to contact you during the 30 days. What part of '30 day hold' do they not understand?!

They have left a voicemail as I missed the call and they want me to ring them back.

The number they called off was a 020 number which is London.

Should I answer when they ring if there ring or just ignore the call?

If I answer what should I say?
