Does the same steps apply to parking in a hospital car park in a disabled person space without a badge?0

The above applies to ANY case nearing the 6 years. You obviously wait till the last day to reply then invoke clause 5 of the PAP to ask for a document or two. Read clause 5 of the PAP. Use it.Coupon-mad said:Perfect! You just tie them up by replying SLOWLY on the last day, asking for something each time, and time it out by the end of June.DO NOT YET USE THE FINAL TOOL YOU MUST SAVE TO DEPLOY ON 28th MAY.
Read the LBC section of the NEWBIES thread and tell us what you think that final tool is. And what bullet you plan to deploy first...I did give you a clue that it is "asking for something"...
You can find the NEWBIES thread in a nanosecond. You seem to have missed my signature below when you read other threads. It tells everyone where it is and even what the link to page one looks like!
DO NOT DO A SAR.
DO NOT SAY YOU ARE SEEKING DEBT ADVICE UNTIL SECOND RESPONSE (28th MAY, NO SOONER).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Iv been though the full thread for a few days scrolling up and down and can't find clause 5 of the PAP to read it, going insane trying to navigate through all the information.Coupon-mad said:

I haven't taken any action so far I still have until the 27th April to find the information and then send whatever it is on the 28th.

No idea what thread you mean. It isn't a thread!
It's not part of the forum, it's the actual rules, the pre-action protocol (PAP for short).
You were simply meant to Google and read clause 5 about your right to get documents:
PAP for debt claims
Surely the LBC refers to it?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

First Response gets sent on the 28th April "One size fits all" just double checking does that get sent to DCB Legal, UKPC or both?
Already complained to the land owner they said they could not do anything as it's gone to far.0 -
"One size fits all" refers to the initial appeal to the PPC. It has nothing to do with pending court claims.
You have been told to invoke part 5 of the PAP and ask for "something". This could be for example the landowner contract they intend to rely on in court. Remind them that they must not commence proceedings until they have complied and given you the necessary time to respond. Quote the relevant words/sections from the PAP when you do this.
Send it to whoever issued the letter of/before claim.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
