    Update

Iv had a reply back from DCB legal with multiple photographic evidence of my car and the sign by the parking bay.

I still can't recall parking there even seeing the pictures.

They have said I can pay the Fee of £130 or appeal it within 30 days from when they sent the email 11th May.

Do I stick with the original plan and send an email that I'm seeking legal advice on the 28th of may or appeal it and try and drag it out that way?

Thanks again for all the advice you have given.

Perfect! You just tie them up by replying SLOWLY on the last day, asking for something each time, and time it out by the end of June.

DO NOT YET USE THE FINAL TOOL YOU MUST SAVE TO DEPLOY ON 28th MAY.

Read the LBC section of the NEWBIES thread and tell us what you think that final tool is.  And what bullet you plan to deploy first...I did give you a clue that it is "asking for something"...

You can find the NEWBIES thread in a nanosecond.  You seem to have missed my signature below when you read other threads.  It tells everyone where it is and even what the link to page one looks like!
The above applies to ANY case nearing the 6 years.  You obviously wait till the last day to reply then invoke clause 5 of the PAP to ask for a document or two.  Read clause 5 of the PAP.  Use it.

    DO NOT DO A SAR.

DO NOT SAY YOU ARE SEEKING DEBT ADVICE UNTIL SECOND RESPONSE (28th MAY, NO SOONER).
Do exactly as advised by CM.

Have DCB Legal really said that in a letter after they sent you an LoC? Are you positive the previous letter was a genuine LoC?

No advice says you are seeking legal advice.  Please re-read the correct recommendations for LBC stage.

Nor are you at "appeal" stage.  I don't understand why you read the first post of the NEWBIES thread - which isn't about LBC stage.  Please read the second post of it.

Did DCBLegal send you a copy of the contract that you asked for?

If not, ask them again. Quote section 5 of the PAP again.

How did you get on with your complaints to the landowner and your MP?

Yes myself and my grandad read over the newbies page and followed the steps. complained to the land owner they replied back and said they can't do anything about as it's nearly 6 years ago and that ukpc have passed this over to DCB Legal To claim £130.

DCB Legal have now been instructed as all previous attempts to resolve this have been unsuccessful and we have 30 days from 11th May.

I have never received any communication from ukpc over any PCN.

An email was sent to DCB Legal as instructed to request information and documents about the parking offence, that was sent on the 28th of April.

That is where I am at so far.

    Fantastic!

Right...you need to get this over the line. Then they cannot file a claim at all and it's dead after that date.

    So, you told us this:

"An email was sent to DCB Legal as instructed to request information and documents about the parking offence, that was sent on the 28th of April."

You got a reply on 11th May?
