PAd is £1 again really trying not to spend any money so have had NSD Friday, Saturday, Sunday and hoping for another today.
Went to see the new house again yesterday and things for them seem to speeding up so their timescale now is December rather than March so that’s quite exciting as we will be putting things in motion to buy much sooner than expected, hoping to find out for definite regarding my promotion tomorrow as it’s still not been confirmed so fingers crossed as now I have decided to do it I don’t want it to fall through! Plus the money will be really helpful. Lazy day today will do some cleaning and sorting ready for the week ahead, hope everyone has a lovely bank holiday xx

  • Look at your signature, you've nearly paid off the target you had set to pay off by Christmas. If you carry on at this rate you will nearly be debt free by Christmas.

I'm sure you'll be good with the promotion, they wouldn't have told you about it if it wasn't a sure thing, surely.

    Have a good day.

Thank you so much! We are really trying and Mr J is working a lot to earn extra to pay off the debts. I have just increased my target on the challenge to the total amount of our debts in February which was £7800 so hopefully if we keep going we can get it gone by Christmas which would be amazing!
My promotion is on the basis that a business deal comes off but at the moment they are still ironing out the details, I’m just very cautious as we usually don’t have much luck when it comes to money 💰
I am hoping we will know this week so not to long to wait now xx

£1 PAD plus mortgage paid today so that's £347. Work today no news on the promotion, feel very deflated when I was quite excited, the lack of news makes me feel like the deals off and if that's the case there isn't an opening for me to step into, I really could of used the extra money, browsed the job sites for inspiration, will give it to end of this week surely it can't go on forever with solicitors!
very tired and hoping for a good night sleep 🛌

thank you for popping by @pidge04 I slept well apart from him snoring next to me 🤫

My PAD is £1 but I've just started on c-cat surveys and think I will be able to cash out £3 later today so tomorrows will be a little bigger, plus Mr J payday so over time will also go to the debts.
Will see what today brings xx

Haha I can’t sleep with him, but I also can’t sleep without him! It’s a no sleep situation, I do wear ear plugs but can sometimes still hear it xx
apparently tomorrow might be the day the deals signed so will see what happens.

Well it’s official I have now been promoted to office manager with a significant pay rise of almost double my current salary so this will make a huge difference when we move.  Just hope it goes well and I can hack the responsibility it comes with.

on the debt front £100 paid off today £80 to sofa and £20 cc2 will now be counting down the days to Mr Js next pay day next Thursday haha

busy day with the meeting at work then went food shopping was £5 over budget but usually evens out and I need more one week less the next I try and stick to £65 a week as there is only 3 of us now at home.

Just had tea having a bath and then will watch some tele with a cuppa before my first day in my new role tomorrow 😁
