    2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle and driver.
Suggestion above as your sentence reads like you were the registered keeper of the driver!

Please confirm the date you filed an Acknowledgment of Service. I am going to assume you did that today.

With a Claim Issue Date of 20th March, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service on 24th March, you have until 4pm on Friday 21st April 2023 to file your Defence.

That's four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.
Can I file my defence any working day this week or do I need to wait a set number of days before doing so, I'm sure I read something about 5 days but maybe I'm imaging that

I gave you all the information you need about when to file a Defence.

You may well have read 'about 5 days' and that has been taken into account with my earlier post.

I have submitted my defence and had an CCBC AQ Acknowledgment email through. I assume it is just a waiting game now?

You already know that from the Newbies/FAQ thread where all the steps in this process are listed. Now is a good time to go back and study that thread in some detail.

The first 12 steps are in the Template Defence thread.  Then the NEWBIES thread section with the heading in red capitals.

Hi Keith, the version I have been sent by DCB is different from the one that is on the gov website (The new one contains D1 - Suitability for determination without a hearing) does it matter if i complete the one on the gov website and that it is different?

File and serve the newer version - but not before you have seen that the CCBC has sent one to you..

This thread - New Questions on the N180 Form - should help.
