    Ignore it.

Wait patiently for their next letter in a few days which will probably be a Notice of Discontinuation.

Ignore. It is the usual drivel that the intellectually malnourished DCB Legal send out just before they discontinue.

Standard DCBL drivel who are mug hunting .... it's the start of copy and paste boring begging letters. WHICH YOU IGNORE

If DCBL really thought they could steal your money they would go to court ..... ll this rubbish about "assisting the court" ... why do they discontinue ... that's called assisting  courts who are subject to their timewasting

So, this is a game of monopoly money and you must IGNORE this stupidity .... ENJOY THE DCBL GAME, they will still try to make you pay ..... IGNORE ....  THEN THEY DISCONTINUE ...

And then you can contact your MP and ask him/her to ask the MoJ WHY THESE COURT TIMEWASTERS are allowed to operate

  • Hi I have just had a notice of transfer of proceedings from Manchester county court to one closer to me, is this a normal thing? I thought I would have had a notice of discontinuation by now and am getting a little bit worried. What are the next steps for me, do I just wait it out?

Have you filed a Witness Statement and evidence?
What is your deadline for doing that?
  • I have not had any notification to file a witness statement? The letter is dated 30th August and just says notice of transfer of proceedings and then on the other page says general form of judgement or order.

some legal wording and then at the bottom it just says it is ordered that the matter is transferred to local court

OK, but you know you will have to file a Witness Statement at some time, right?

But if you have not yet received a Notice of Allocation then wait patiently for that.
  • Yes I was looking at the sticky board again just then and will write my witness statement up tomorrow etc.

"the other page says general form of judgement or order."

What does that bit actually say?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
