some legal wording and then at the bottom it just says it is ordered that the matter is transferred to local court0 -
It says - Warning: you must comply with the terms imposed upon you by this order. Otherwise, your case is liable to be struck out or some other sanction imposed. If you cannot comply, you are expected to make a formal application to the court before any deadline imposed upon you expires.
Before District Judge etc etc
Upon referring to the court file
It is ordered that
1. the matter is transferred to local court0 -

Ah that's all normal for this early stage. You know from other DCBLegal threads that you've read, what to expect from them next (please don't show us).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, I have had a letter from the court today saying it has been allocated to the small claims track and that it will be a telephone hearing on 25th October @ 10am and that I must file at court written evidence by 4pm on the 18 October. Is this right and standard procedure?0

I know the evidence bit is right and I have already done my witness statement but it’s the telephone hearing part0
-
Yes that is normal since Covid. You have to provide your phone number a few days before.
Do not expect it to start on time. Sometimes you wait over an hour to be called!
Are you SURE you've already done your witness statement and evidence bundle as seen in the NEWBIES thread?
You didn't tell us or show us.
The WS bundle is not the same as a defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Copy & paste it here, across 2 or 3 replies.
Also you are going to need to urgently add a Supplementary WS attaching the New (persuasive) HHJ Murch judgment.
Read today's replies in the thread by @vincentvega27 to see what a good WS looks like which includes that new judgment.
