Well done for persevering through the court claim and well done for succeeding.
Sounds as if you had a judge who wouldn't stand for any nonsense from the landscaper. I'm sure most judges are very sensible and can see what's going on1 -
Very good to hear OP and thank you for updating us.
In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces1 -
Thank you all! Many in the group discouraged me so I thought it’s important that I update here as I had wellwishers in this post as well and anyone in future can refer this post and go forward with the case without spending additional money on expert report. Some here after reading my post even said that the puddling might be due to hose pipe , actual pipe and all.Same tricks cowboys also told the judge only to be shut down and the judge clearly asked how puddling is on the middle of the patio. So finally justice delivered to the patio and it’s important to bring these cowboys to the court than resigning to fate or thinking that waste of time and energy by filing civil case. It was a difficult phase which lasted over an year but worth the effort and taught them a lesson and we too learn few points to be considered in future before employing someone for similar works.1
