My Halifax and BoS accounts are all visible on either internet login. My Lloyds accounts are separate. Has anybody found that their Lloyds accounts are also visible alongside Halifax and BoS?
No - they are all Lloyds banking group but Halifax and BoS are linked in a way Lloyds is not.

    H branches will service B
L branches will not service B or H
Yes that’s right. Halifax is simply a brand of Bank of Scotland plc

Halifax is just a trading name of the BoS legal entity, so they're one and the same really, as per the footer on web pages:

Halifax is a division of Bank of Scotland plc.

I've just had a response from cifas regarding the DSAR I submitted. Al Rayan undertook a search on 13/3/23. 2 days before LBG decided to close my accounts.

Al Rayan searched you up on the CIFAS database on 13/03/2023? Did they lodge a marker against you?

There doesn't seem to be one there. All it says is:
Al Rayan Bank PLC undertook a search on 13 Mar 2023 using your details - please contact Al Rayan Bank PLC for further information.

Regardless I shall be contacting Al Rayan tomorrow morning to find out why they've searched me.

If anyone has an Al Rayan account, it might be a good idea to close it asap, especially if you have accounts with Lloyds/BOS/Halifax.

@speculator ... It's unlikely all Al Rayan customers will be searched, and then all have their LBG accounts closed down. Let's wait to hear back from @bridlington1 first, they are being very open about this.

If anyone wants to close their Al Rayan accounts, it's your choice, but it feels unlikely this will have a blanket effect across their whole customer base. I disagree with it being 'a good idea' at this stage.

Seems unnecessary, as I presume most financial institutions will undertake regular(ish) checks. There's a reason that people with CIFAS markers eventually find (already open) accounts with other banks facing closure.
