Yes you can do exactly that in the paid version.

I have paid for the Octopus compare and put in E7 prices in the "custom tariff" but there doesn't seem to be a download function on the custom tariff?   I click on my custom tariff hoping that will download it but when i see if i can compare it with agile it just says "you need to download at least two products to compare".   So i unfortunately.cannot compare them.

I added the Sainsbury's EV tariff to mine under custom, under compare I chose Agile and Sainsbury's EV tariff, it even let's you load shift on the custom tariff.

I have just moved from electric tracker to agile after determining that Agile is now cheaper for my usage pattern even without load shifting anything except the EV, after the recent Tracker price rises.

Good timing as the standing charge is likely to increase shortly as other 12 month Fixed tariffs have done today.

So is my standing charge now locked in for a year then?  I was never quite clear about this because the tariff has a fixed end date, but I was also told that Octopus can change the prices of Agile and Tracker whenever they feel like it regardless of the end date you see online.

I rather enjoyed my free sausage roll and coffee on Octopus yesterday.

These things really do set Octopus apart from the other suppliers. Gimmicky or not my stomach was very satisfied and the dog enjoyed a tiny bit as well.

To add I then had a bacon roll free this morning with my partners O2 SIM only contract and then a £1 whatever coffee I wanted from Cafe Nero from my three SIM.only contract.

On page 49 of this thread @netexporter shows t&cs that say “your daily standing charge and unit price formula are fixed for the duration of your tariff”.
