Not sure - think I renewed fairly recently. Website is showing Cosy as my tariff now. Didn't even ask about my heating, and I'm pretty sure I haven't told them I have a heat pump (it seems any electric heating counts). Neighbour is now lobbying her husband to switch as she'd like to be able to do some laundry between now and spring!

How odd - I literally don't even have an option anywhere to just change on the website, and on the app I get the message about needing to email them!
EDIT: officially back on SVR from the start of today - I got the email confirmation through a short while ago.
