It's a fairly simple formula, mainly driven by a wholesale price multiplier of 2.0-2.2 depending on region. When wholesale price is high, then doubling it probably is an overreaction, leading to a greater margin, as a significant portion of the distribution costs will not be proportional to the wholesale cost. Have people found any alternatives to emoncms for looking ahead?
I guess there's always the weather forecast but that's of limited use; I saw someone mention Agile Predict but that was useless when I last took notice of it. A Google search turned up a 2-day demand forecast but I couldn't make head nor tail of it (and if it included generation forecast, I didn't see it).0 -
