I sent to info@dcbl if that's ok?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

How quick are the CCBC?
There has been no updates in the last few weeks after filing the DQ (email receipt)
The progress of this has been over months now, I appreciate that the legal system is slow.
I am concerned that I am planning a big holiday and will be away for 4 months (Nov-March) that I could be absent and I will get bitten by a CCJ

From filing your DQ to transfer to your court of choice is approximately 8 weeks.
When completing your DQ did you inform of any dates when you’re unavailable?3 -
Got a standard email from DCB yesterday saying they intend to proceed in the small claims court...
Keep calm and carry on

I am still in the planning phase of my break, so it looks like I will have to delay it till this is outta my hair. Hopefully it will be resolved by Spring 2024...?
Also just checked MCOL site, its still not updated after sending my DQ 4 weeks ago (confirmed email receipt). Might just be slow courts but should I maybe phone CCBC why its not updated?
