Don't send it yet, wait for the CCBC to send you a blank or check your status page on MCOL and wait until it states DQ sent to defendant.3

Just checked the MoneyClaimOnline site (MCOL), it has confirmed that the CCBC has received my defence.

Just received a letter from DCB Legal Ltd regarding Directions Questionnaire and at the bottom it states it is prepared to "settle this case" if responded to in 7 days.
No letter from the court regarding a DQ has been received yet and nothing mentioned on the MCOL (moneyclaimonline) website.

Remember that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence?
Item 7 on that checklist says...Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another look.1 -
Submitted my DQ a few days late as I was away (hopefully that won't be an issue)

Sent it by email to CCBCAQ addressPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
