Boots are showing their own brand tablets, £2.99 for 48 tablets on buy 1 get one half price. I use Bisodol, available in Tesco, Asda, Morrisons & Sainsburys at £3.00 for 60 tablets - used to be 100 tablets - and cheaper in Home Bargains.Eldi_Dos said:Not a food item but I cannot find own brand indigestion tablets in any of the supermarkets or high street chemists, only the expensive brand name seems to be available.

It is the peppermint/ spearmint supermarket and chemist own brands that all seem to have disappeared from shelves for awhile.I always thought they came from same manufacturer as they where so similar.
Will try those ones mentioned, thanks.1 -
I always had supermarket own ones, never had a problem finding them . These were my last ones https://www.boots.com/boots-indigestion-relief-500-microgram-orange-flavour-tablets-48-tablets-10290160?cm_mmc=bmm-buk-google-ppc-_-PLAs_HeroCompare-_--_-PMax:+UK_Smart_Shopping_Healthcare_Other&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIsseXote3ggMV44loCR3UZg24EAQYASABEgLOn_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds which are lovely as orange made a change from mint.Eldi_Dos said:It is the peppermint/ spearmint supermarket and chemist own brands that all seem to have disappeared from shelves for awhile.I always thought they came from same manufacturer as they where so similar.

There's also Dr oetker Vege-Gel, mix with fruit juice, heat, cool = jelly. Agar agar works the same, but I think it's only available in waitrose or online. You can use cornflour too, but it's opaque - I've used it to make a strawberry flan sort of thing.2

Asda have stopped doing their own brand version of Nytol recently. Probably a ploy to make us pay more for stuff.Eldi_Dos said:Not a food item but I cannot find own brand indigestion tablets in any of the supermarkets or high street chemists, only the expensive brand name seems to be available.

It is possible to use the Tesco App to look for stocks of a particular item at individual stores - they have a map. Haven’t found a way of looking for something ‘everywhere’ though.Rosa_Damascena said:
