Oh no!  That says you've submitted it in the wrong name and are immediately exposed to a CCJ.  You cannot risk waiting even one hour because she's even removed the AOS.

Only the Defendant can defend.  I don't know who put their name to the defence but it's nit the named defendant is it?

Never mind the AOS. Can't do that. Sort this defence now!

The driver can't take over and defend, nor can someone else in the family.  Only the person named on the claim.

Get the Defendant to put their name to and sign that defence right now and email that back to that email address plus the CCBCAQ one if different.

I am the defendent, but I'm married now so the name is different. I signed the wrong name because I signed in my married name and not my maiden name when I sent it. So I am assuming that's what they mean. I out the name and the claim number in the defence but after the witness statement I signed using my married name.

Do not phone.

Do not do anything else because the D has been put at risk of a CCJ.  Just get the defence in.  Either by email or just shorten the template defence (don't hang about asking us how and what to remove to make it fit) and bung it in on MCOL within the hour but with the right defendant's name!

Can't do MCOL I'm on holiday. I have no documents with me. All I have is the defence attached to an email thread on my phone. I don't have the password to access MCOL. I've just submitted the defence using the new signature and renamed the document using the correct surname.

Today is my last day to respond. Hopefully that works. I've received the email to say it's been acknowledged.

OK, how about also replying to that clerk and pointing out the only issue was the surname (changed due to marriage/divorce or whatever it was?) and you think removing the entire defence and the Acknowledgement of Service was atrocious of the CCBC who often appear to favour rogue parking firm claimants.

In any event, the defence has now been emailed again and auto-acknowledged so the CCBC better not have pushed through a default judgment from the Claimant in the short gap between them unfairly pulling the rug from under the Defendant - purely due to a surname query - and you ask that she personally finds your newly emailed defence and updates MCOL because you couldn't use/access it, being abroad this week without access to the claim form and password.

Noted. Have just sent a very curt message to the lovely clerk. Hopefully she will reply in due course.

Have just submitted my DQ having received nothing through the post yet. I have sent to the lovely Gladstones Solicitors. Currently preparing my evidence. Annoyingly I am in the process of moving house again. When should i let them know about this??

You should inform the DPO of the parking company that, as from DD/MM/YYYY your address for service will be xxxxxx and that they should inform all any any of their agents and subcontractors and erase your old data.  You should also inform the court where your hearing will be held but you can do this when you submit your WS.
