Started writing my WS. I am gathering my evidence bundle as we speak. If I am trying to prove primacy of contract. I have the contract but as mentioned its not in my maiden name. Would I therefore need to show evidence of my name change e.g. marriage certificate to prove that I indeed have primacy contract. FYI the ticket is in my maiden name and all documentation thus far has been addressed using my maiden name. Also, Gladstones are still sending documents to a previous address, even though I've told them I no longer reside there. Also, a I am not the driver of said vehicle, should I therefore ask the actual driver to write a witness statement rather than me??

Choose Jopson instead, as it was on appeal. PACE v Noor wasn't.
