    Morning
Savings have gone into their respective pots
Still managing 50 a week into the EF. I'm 100 off 3000 which is the latest target. I might decide to split it and tuck the 2000 somewhere better for longer, maybe and carrying on heading towards 3000 again. Will have a ponder and see what's available.

Car has its mot and service next week , they have quoted just under 200,so hopefully if it passes that is all good and covered I have 350 in the car pot, so all good there.

    🎉🎉In other good news I have finished the 365 1p a days challenge,, 🎉🎉woohoo🎉🎉
I currently have £678 pounds in that account. Which is my Xmas money. Very happy that is ready to start spending on Xmas pressies when I see them.

I have a trip to London next week, thinking about staying over, need to look at hotel prices and see if any last minute offers!

    🩵Gratefuls🩵

I am so grateful I have money saved in pots, ready for the car and ready for Xmas pressies. Saves so much stress this time of year!

A beautiful full moon, it was stunning

A cheeky lie in this morning, now I need to shift it!

Sending hugs to you Flower, people are very good at putting on a front, not all is what it seems to be.

Yey the car passed the MOT, bar some bulbs. But boo there is an advisory for new rear brake pads.
But i want to change my car soon so, will decide whether it not to get them done when I get a price for the brakes.

    Otherwise, a very queit day.
Food money goes across to the joint account which is good news as we have been living out of the freezer last few days.
Need to get an order done tomorrow.
Only my DH and DD here this week. It's very odd not having DS2 around. He text today to say he felt poorly, but didn't answer my text or my call. So I am a bit worried about him. Hoping it's just a cold,! Or maybe it's freshers flu? Is that a real thing!

    morning,
DD didnt wake up in time to get the bus this morning so i had to take her in, Traffic was terrible and she was late arriving. this time last year this would have meant she wouldnt have been able to go in at all. (everyone would lookat her!) But she didnt mention anything to me, and she got out of the car fine, so im really hoping that she made it into the lesson! Definetly progress! Just need to buy her a louder alarm!!
DS2 is not respoding to my texts. Dont they realise if they say they are ill then you are going to worry about them and want to check they are ok the following day!!

More car news, DS2s car is in for an MOT today and then we are going to sell it as DS2 is now up north and not needing a car and wants the pennies! This will also mean more room on the drive as we are currently a 4 car family. Which is quite ridiculous. DH bought a car whilst wating for his new lease car, which took months. but now he has it, he is a bit reluctant to get rid of the old one!!! need to have another conversation me thinks when DS2s car gets sold.

i have some work today and then the dentist later on to see what can be done with this tooth that has an infection!

    greatfuls

DD is still managing to get into college and seems to be settling down really well
jaffa cakes for breakfast!!! really shouldnt, but i did!!

Morning Flowers glad your DD managed to go into college & hope DS responds soon. I use what’s app rather than texts because I can at least see if my DS has been on there even if he has been talking to someone else & not replying to me! 😆

Hope his car passes its mot and you can persuade DH to part with his spare car.

Fingers crossed dentist visit goes well for you. At  least the Jaffa cakes were a nice start to the day 😉

    Just caught up.

You've probably already done this but look into college / uni financial support for the kids, especially if they're in receipt of DL@ or P!P; also its a free bus pass from the local authority if they are.

Sorry to hear you're feeling burnt out, however not surprising and you did well to get this far.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear it in 2026.
