Search for frying pan cooked flatbread as there's loads of GF recipes and could work really well as a garlic bread, naan, pita etc and it's so much quicker than doing an oven loaf.

Book the trip as the other one boosted your wellbeing.

    Savings are coming along nicely.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

good morning, Thanks MF, we tried some GF naans, twice and they were not good even though everyone else seems to make that recipe work really well. I will have another go with a different flat bread. As actually DS2 said yeaterday that maybe flatbreads are the way to go ad getting the rise in non gluten bread is the tricky part!!

Have put my name down for that weekend away ~ yey. Now need to see where to take the money from!

Was planning on getting into the garden for a bit today, But it is very rather frosty so i think it will be a quick garden stint, maybe raking up some leaves, that should keep me warm!! there is still a lot of clearing up to be done out there and I was hoping to be on top of it before everything start growing!!

Hi, so the leaf raking didn't happen in the garden yesterday, but i moved the log piles around. The seasoned wood is now in a new pile near the back door and the freshly cooked wood is in the wood store to be left to season.✴️
Today i sorted out the lean too which has got in a complete state. I also did a tip run and now it's a lot better in there. ✴️

    Gratefuls
✨Beautiful day today and I did a bit of gardening until gone 4.30, hurrah for the return of the light!
✨ Making time to do my meditations 1 hours this morning and another one for 20 mins this evening. Need to work harder to make time for this every day!
✨A safe place to live, that's warm and cosy

    Night night folks
    Love flowers x

I had a nice surprise this morning. I did a wonderful meditation and was visualising a happy, healthy, wealthy future B) and then when I checked my bank this this morning I have a payment pending from HMRC for £500 odd . Very nice!! I had to find out why though!, I finalised my accounts and submitted on friday (i think it was friday) and paid the tax owing of £770 ~ I was very pleased to have my tax pot ready to pay this after last years nasty sting!!! But it turns out that the tax I paid forward last year was too much as I havent earnt as much in the last tax year. So annoying that I was sscrabbling away to find the pennies to pay it off last year and now I have 500 odd back!! (plus interest!!) However that nasty sting has been the turning point in my focus around money in general and I have to say it has helped me save literally 1000s that I wouldnt have otherwise.
So this money will go straight back into the tax pot and this year I am going to try and do my return in June, which would be so much better than January, which is so lazy for me to do, I just kept putting off pressing the submitt button even though I knew i had completed it

    yey!!

    Greatfuls today:

    ✴️Having a ready made tax pot !!
✴️Making time to fit in an hour meditation ~ bliss
✴️Feeling fit and well ~ its so good to be feeling better, I feel like i can think about fun things to do and get jobs around the house done, rather than being in survival mode which I was for a lot of last year

    Have a lovely day folks
