I noticed for the last couple of years that Kit Kat Easter bunnies are gluten free as they use puffed rice instead of wafer, my sister discovered this. GF child (18 yo) was very happy.
I always check each time we buy confectionary particularly as often large manufacturers make the same products at various locations and only some of those premises are free of gluten.

hAving a nice Sunday today. It is sunny and bright, but blooming cold. Went out for a mooch a nd had lunch out. Now comptemplating sorting out the big cupboard space in our bedroom. DH has just poked around in their and said stuff is going mouldy. So we need to have a jolly good sort through and see If i can get rid of mould. It odd because its not been a probelm before. It does have a window which isnt double glazed, so we should sort that probably! I will take a before and after photo!

I did mention taking a hot water bottle, but others may have as well.
I waited in the car for 2 hours in the dark today for my eldest, brrr it was cold 🥶 I wore thermal trousers and top, thick wool knee-high socks, wooly hat, gloves, plenty of other layers, sat on a blanket with a second blanket over me, the hot water bottle was on my lap and my tea was in my thermal travel mug. By the time their session finished I was beginning to get cold. I would have been okay this morning because despite the low temperature the sun was shining. It was also quite windy this evening and the car was rocked frequently. I'm looking forward to the milder weather.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

hi baileys babe ~ Its a good job we love our kids!!! all this waiting around in the blooming cold. I am going to get a hot water bottle again for todays session. Or im tempted to go to the nearby pub and see if I can get a coffee!!Today i saw the lady who cancleed her appointment as I drove up into her drive, she had forgotten I was coming and had workmen in, she gave me some extra money today so that will be added to my stuffed envelope for next week.Going through the photo mountain and taking trips down memory lane. It is lovely but also sad to see photos of my Dad and sis. Its making me want to clear out the chaff and select a few specials to put up in the house.Gratefulls today
For my doggy cuddles and his warmth on my lap (im cold today!)

Belated Birthday wishes 🎂
I'm so sorry for not keeping up and encouraging you, totally unintentional.
Do run your engine for a bit to keep the cold away, it doesn't really use fuel. A couple of blanket layers would make a huge difference rather than just one. Maybe even look for a camping sleeping bag in the sales.
With the garlic bread, crush / chop a garlic clove and gently heat it in butter or whatever you use, mush the soft garlic in and spread that on the GF bread; you could do it in bulk and freeze. I can't remember if you bake bread as that would open up options for DS, or buy him a bread maker for his birthday.
You've got off to a good start and we're only partway through the month.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
hi Moving Fowards, thank you for your reply, thankfully it much warmer this week and fine to wait in the car!I def need to make some garlic bread, I have done it loads of times, but not for years and years! I also ahvent baked bread for years and that is something I want to try and acheive a good GF loaf ~ but I think from everything I have read its very tricky to make GF bread work and it has kinda put me off trying!♥️ ♥️ ♥️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Decluttering 2025 So far 403 / 2025
