Just had the decision and lost. I have to pay £212 in total. £100 for debt and £112 in costs.
I am absolutely gutted. I have spent so much time trying to defend this and now a monetary cost.
Hopefully it's straightforward to get the ccj removed from my credit file.
Maybe losses should be highlighted as well as the wins for information to appellants.

As far as I know if you pay within the
period outlined in the order; there is never anything put on to your
credit file but others will stand me true. Is appeal on option?I also am dealing with a case "via papers" in Cardiff, so trying to avoid the same, but not looking goodIs possible for you share a redacted copy of your Witness Statement? I think it could be useful for me and others to understand which arguments / evidence were presented in your case.1
