Just had the decision and lost. I have to pay £212 in total. £100 for debt and £112 in costs.

I am absolutely gutted. I have spent so much time trying to defend this and now a monetary cost.

Hopefully it's straightforward to get the ccj removed from my credit file.

Maybe losses should be highlighted as well as the wins for information to appellants.

    Cheers

I am really sorry to hear that :( As far as I know if you pay within the period outlined in the order; there is never anything put on to your credit file but others will stand me true.  Is appeal on option?

I also am dealing with a case "via papers" in Cardiff, so trying to avoid the same, but not looking good

Is possible for you share a redacted copy of your Witness Statement? I think it could be useful for me and others to understand which arguments / evidence were presented in your case.
