I about about to email my defence to the court service does anyone have the DCBL email address to copy in on the email?

I have read what the next steps are likely to be. I really dont want to have to produce lots of paperwork in a bundle for the hearing. Is DCB L likely to withdraw prior to having to provide a bundle of caselaw etc?0

They may well discontinue and this may be before you submit your WS, but you should still prepare in the event you go all the way to a hearing.Rugby82 said:I have read what the next steps are likely to be. Please do come back here soon for the Public Consultation, though, if you want to stop the greed and litigation culture that is paid for by the added £60 or £70 'extortion' which allows legal firms to (we think) abuse the court system as a cheap form of debt collection.Rugby82 said:I have read what the next steps are likely to be. I submitted defence 09/03/2023 and got an acknowledgement.
I'm waiting to receive the questionnaire and wondering if there is any value in asking for certain local courts? What I mean is are DCBL likely to appear at some courts as it's more convenient than others? I'm based in Cardiff and note that DCB have an office here so it might be quite convenient for them. Alternatively I could choose another town where they are more likely to have to travel to and therefore might be more inclined not to want to fight in court?

It won't make any difference.Rugby82 said:I submitted defence 09/03/2023 and got an acknowledgement.

Nobody from DCB Legal will attend any hearing. Instead a local advocate will be hired to attend - wherever the hearing is.2 -
DCB Legal would probably have to employ around 100 paralegals or solicitors if they wanted to attend most of their hearings every day. The CCBC will assign it to a local court to you.Rugby82 said:I submitted defence 09/03/2023 and got an acknowledgement.

As you are probably aware, you are dealing with a bottom-dwelling firm of solicitors who are acting for equally low-life clients and are as involved in this scam industry as the rest of the intellectually malnourished ex-clampers. If you have followed all the advice here and your defence is robust, you can probably put money on it that they will make a couple of offers to reduce the charge in the hope that you are a mug, which you will not entertain, and they will eventually discontinue so as to avoid a public spanking at court.2 -
I've received DQ N180 form. Can I email it back to them or does it have to go by mail?0
