Escape to the country & living off savings

Thanks Suze 😘 I haven’t got the brain space at the moment to process things other than the house and finalising the estate. It’s been just over 12 weeks. Once we’ve exchanged everything else should fall into place.

Sorry to hear about the health issue on top of everything else. I hope the house sale and estate settling goes smoothly after this point and then you can focus on you. As others have said, we are here for as much as you need us. Hugs x

This is such great news sya, a relief and mixed emotions. But now you can re organise, reprioritise, and that should be on yourself. Well done for getting there x

Very pleased to hear you've now exchanged. I'm sure you still have mixed feelings about it all but will hopefully get some sense of 'closure'… then you can focus on taking care of yourself for a bit. Sending hugs for health issue & hoping for the best for you 😘

Thank you jwil KK Suze Tresinia & Arrietty 😘
The floodgates opened this morning 😭 I think I have been holding it in. Two weeks and then we should have completed & closed all accounts, paid final bills and ready to distribute the estate.
I am going to stay with my sister and then will be going to see my DS & friends down south depending on what happens with the medical stuff. I will speak about that once I have definite answers.
Today is grey and rainy. I am going to the post office to send a sadmin letter recorded delivery. Off to friends for a cuppa this afternoon.
I’m not going back into dads until next week for final visit 😢 Hard to say goodbye to the family home after over 50 years but we have photos and memories. I’m going into the city on Tuesday with my friend to visit the other banks. I will be resting for the remainder of the weekend and reading a new book I picked up yesterday in the community phone box library❤️Mum 2018
