Thank you Mrs_Money_Penny xx I spent yesterday feeling sick and congested but it seems a bit better so far today. OH said he was feeling a bit better yesterday too so I'm hoping he's over the worst of it.

Yesterday I took advantage of a 'free spins' offer on a site which I used to do free daily spins on. I had to deposit a minimum of £10 but ended up with £27.47 in profit which I've immediately withdrawn. I'll stash that to the savings when it hits the account.

I potentially have a few FB sales being collected in the next few days. One, possibly two today which will make £25 if both are picked up and another for £10 on Saturday. I won't count on it until the cash is in my hand though as we know how flaky FB buyers can be. Any funds made will also be paid into the savings to try and boost that a bit more.

It was quite a stressful evening last night. First DS got himself in really upset about something trivial but which he always sees as something much bigger than it is. It was appearance related and he got himself into such a state that he now dreaded going to school today. I wish he could see the amazing young man that I see when I look at him.
Then I called my parents only to find out they'd been waiting for an ambulance for 7 hours for my Mum after a fall. Just found out she is still in hospital this morning. Feeling very worried about my loved ones this morning. :(

I forgot to mention that I bulk-ordered dishwasher tablets and washing liquid capsules from Am&zon this week. I find this to be the cheapest way of buying them and was on my last few of both after previously bulk-ordering about 6 months ago. I also ordered a big bag of almond flour as I get through a lot of this making cakes for various people and want to make a colleague a retirement cake soon. The cost of all was around £37 but I won't need to buy any for another 6 months now.

Went downstairs after writing my last post to discover the roof was leaking again. :( I think I've found the source though and the lovely builder is going to come back next week and take another look at it for me.

I had another Etsy order today, so I've just finished making that and have wrapped it ready to post. I need to make and list some more items in the shop really as it's a bit sparse.

Unbelievably the two FB buyers actually showed up, albeit one of them was 4 hours late, but that’s £25 more in my purse and quite a bulky space cleared in a cupboard.  I also didn’t realise I still had £30 left in my purse from changing the currency back so I’ve combined that with today’s fb sales and sent £55 to the savings. Last night’s ‘spin’ wins hit the bank account already too so another £27.46 has also been shuffled over.

£24.22 profit made on another £10 wager promotion and immediately withdrawn. That will tip the savings pot up to over £2.5k when it hits the account. :)
I feel good about my extra money making efforts the past few days.

Hello! Just thought I'd pop in and say hi after reading your diary.

I, too, have b12 issues, once I started looking into it I couldn't believe how many things it affects. I hope your Dr are planning on giving regular shots to help.

I'll be following along with your diary, it somewhat reflects mine, and you have a few ideas that I want ti consider, including free spins and mortgage ops.

Hope you get your roof fixed soon.

Thank you sugar-Walsh and lovely to have you on board.
Sorry to hear you have B12 issues too, I hope it’s controlled for you now. I have another shot due next month but will be asking the dr about a few others things related to it then as I do feel like I have been left in the dark a bit.

I used a third free spins offer this afternoon and made £35.42 profit so that will go in the savings too.  :) I have no interest in actually spending money on any of these sites but I will take advantage of the free spin offers and then say goodbye!
The car was filled up today at a spend of just under £65 but I could have waited as I have had the dreaded 2nd line appear on my COVID test so I won’t be going out for a while.

Definitely ask your Dr, I joined a b12 group on Facebook, it really opened my eyes.

Sorry to hear you have covid, wishing you a speedy recovery.

Would love to know which sites you've found your free spins, I did a little search for threads on it, but didn't find any. Off to Google!

    Have a good weekend.

£30 sent to the mortgage as an overpayment and the savings pot is now up to £2600 thanks to a few more wins and a refund on something.

A fb buyer didn’t show on Saturday after confirming they would be coming just an hour before, but hopefully the item sells this week and adds another £10 to the pot.

I bought an air fryer last week but am returning it as it took longer than the oven to cook some potatoes at the weekend, so that will be £56 back to the  credit card. There’s actually a positive balance of £33 on the cc at the moment as I miscalculated how much I had to pay off to clear it, so once the air fryer refund is credited I’ll request the funds to go back to my bank account and hopefully send that to the savings.

The grocery pot is looking a little low but the child benefit is due in a week so that will top it up with hopefully a bit left to stash to a savings pot.
