My thoughts too.  They don't need a PC.  Why not just send you the photo on their phone, using WhatsApp or FB Messenger?

Focus the camera on the phone, oh dear I don't plan on living that long....

Embarrassing thing is that you lovely people are probably thinking the same about me...  And I deserve it.

Do I add photo's for the Parking Eye sign and other site signage and store receipt with this?  Nothing can be added later?

I have no idea re computers most of the time, and I really annoy myself when I can't work things out, but often there is an easier way. Glad you got it sorted and here's hoping for a positive result.

Fingers crossed that is what will happen, but willing to Holiday on the coast at their expense if they want to goto court. 

I am going to start an unrelated thread with some idea's which may have been tried before.

To misquote a Beatles song, The above is all you need. The template already includes denying liability. It's in Para 1 I think.
