No you don't. Just get them to email you a scan of their signature and then add it to the PDF file. Or just email them the signature page for them to print and scan back and email back to you.

Here is a sample signature I created in 5 minutes that could use for any document that is going to be transmitted electronically:

Sadly her mouse skills are nowhere near good enough to be able to sign to anything along that quality, she struggles to get the taskbar and
    start button.

Although I may have her signature from the POPLA apeal.    Ahhh me being Stupid again....  Sister is there probably got an ipad with her.
    Thanks...

Get her to sign (with a pen) a blank sheet of paper, take a photo, email it to you, crop, then copy and paste into Defence.

You only need to show us the bits that you have edited, usually paras #3 & #4. However, if you've added any paras, you need to number every paragraph and they all need to be sequentially numbered.

Sorry for the whole thing, only Para #3 was edited but I just posted the whole thing in case I missed something. I almost
lost 3 pages on another incident and the signature page went bonkers because of it.  Trying to be safe on this one.

But that means there's an expectation that regulars will need to read the whole shooting match to ensure nothing has been missed. Ever seen the film Groundhog Day? 😄

If the defendant is denying being the driver, the defence should state so but only if it is true!  Defences are written in third person, therefore no "we" but the "defendant".

Seen it I am living it...  :)     Been on the phone since my first post and Mum and Sister have almost come to bloodshed.

I have sent PDF, Docs of various types and still no signature.  Android tablet and Ipad and still no signature.
Probably 5 years worth of windows 10 updates to put the PC on and will it work...

Will my phone battery last long enough to get a signature scanned???    Taking bets...

HELP!!!! She cannot log into her PC...... sob...sob.... WHY ME???

Can't your sister email the photo of the signature written on a piece of paper? Why does your mum need to log into her PC?
