Disabled driver could not find space, left and re-entered carpark several times before finding a suitable parking space. 
(4 identical tickets arrived on the same day)

Signage provided for POPLA appeal pre-dated the parking charge notice by at least 3 years. Signage no longer on the building and signage on
a wall that no longer exists.


Cannot think of anything else at present but it will probably come to me.  This is a total of 15 minutes over with receipts for purchases on the
day that was almost 1 hour after the first entry was logged.

ALL 4 tickets are from the same parking event and they all arrived on the same day.   Same photo, same times.

Wonder what reason they will have for sending 4 identical tickets? Guessing it wont be that the car left the site
and re-entered because there were no spaces.

Para2. Applies here.  Driver not the registered keeper. Driver had a blue badge where the keeper does not.
Keeper = Mum and Driver = Child.

Checking everyones para 3 and they all seem fairly short and more like bullet points.
