Definitely worth including that and any other evidence you can find of Double Dipping at this site, or involving the company which will show its a recurring problem they've refused to take ownership of in favour of issuing incorrect PCNs In the hope people won't challenge them and pay!!!forgotmyname said:I have kept everything from the POPLA appeal and whilst doing that I also found a newspaper article from a local

Seem to be missing some photo's they provided for POPLA, is there anyway to access these now? It was a long time ago (early 2019 )
Not super important but I think it maybe useful. Like the POPLA evidence taking 42 days for them to provide it and POPLA saying they are

Not the car, signage from the carpark they supplied which was approx 3 years out of date and prior to the site being
redeveloped with quite a few changes.
Found my images of the email where I started the appeal on the 9th April 2019 and chasing them on the 22nd May 2019
asking what happened to their defence. Only to be told I submitted my appeal on the 1st of May and the time was not
yet up. 3 hours later their evidence dropped, coincidence?
Hope I deleted all personal info.
