Your case is no different than any other, but why not do this?

Pat on the back and huge kudos to any poster at debt crawler stage (or at a stage where the parking firm are just being plain unreasonable) who manages to do this in time this week!
Recorded phone calls sent to the Government JUST IN TIME before the Call for Evidence closes are powerful evidence of parking firms' conduct.
Obviously, if you haven't actually got a DRA letter yet, your phone call tomorrow will be to NPE. Gather the evidence of bullying. Make a difference. The recording will also help you later, at court stage when you win,1 -
But you will be emailing the DLUHC anyway (please) to provide your evidence?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It probably won't make a difference, but I casually looked up Co-Op CEO Shirine Khoury-Haq on Twitter and made her aware of this thread. It's never a good look for a CEO to be told publically a private parking company contracted to Co-Op is hounding potential/current customers with psudo-legal agressive letters demanding inflated sums of money for parking for 3 minutes and 1 second.
Then again, it might just get your parking charge cancelled tomorrow.4 -

It does seem fairly appalling that the co-op has simply ceased replying, including to requests as to how to escalate the complaint to Head Office. It has also been asked of all directors and management why they elect to categorically ignore the IPC CoP instructions on signage, with no answers forthcoming.3

The Co-op has been going down hill for ages and it is the height of ignorance to ignore you
Your next step must be to the medai who love these stories, you might see the Co-op buck their ideas up3 -
I've just realised, I don't think I have at any stage completed a POPLA appeal for this. The appeal "dismissal" contained no reference thereto; what have I missed here?0

Not relevant for this case
You need to move on and forget about it unless you get a court claim2
