National Parking Enforcement held firm even to the offices of Jo Churchill MP! Steadfastly claiming to be in the right to issue the notice, even with a glaring lack of anything like the requisite signage - notwithstanding the three minute one second purported transgression. Is it easier to just pay at this stage?

You won't ever be paying this.  Re-read the NEWBIES thread section about what happens when, and why there is NO RISK by waiting for the court claim.

That's what you want, as that heralds the way to the scam being over.

Please don't panic nor tell us about the £170 debt demands.  That tedious stage is fully explained in post 4 of the NEWBIES thread.
