I would note that point 2 is destroyed in th first analysis by the fact that this car park has absolutely no entrance signage, required under the code of practice. Regardless, are they really going to pursue this to court for the tort of remaining parked for 3 minutes 1 second, with a child in the back, before noting the proposed terms of the contract and vacating?
