Why not say exactly where it is: East of England Co-Op, StowmarketA honeytrap:The signage is terrible, IMHO that is an unfair term or condition how can someone force a child to get out of a car to satisfy some jumped up parking firms scam!
Absolutely no parking company entrance signage at all what a disgrace

The sign stating children must leave the vehicle doesn't have the PPC's name or IPC logo on it. It is a completely random sign that is not in any way linked or related to the Ts and Cs on the PPC's sign that forms the parking contract.
In any case, there should still be a grace period allowed for the driver to decide whether they want to park or go elsewhere.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks5 -
Perfect photos for a Witness Statement. What a complete mess, and of course as U says, the driver is always entitled to a consideration period, during which they may leave without a parking charge.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@fisherjim This is superb to see; are those signs current? NPE surprisingly declined my requests to provide the data on the tests to which their signage had been submitted and now we have it in its glory.2

Yes - but a Judge doesn't expect you to swallow a dictionary! None of that sounds like the natural English that should go into a defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

NPE surprisingly declined my requests to provide the data on the tests to which their signage had been submitted and now we have it in its glory. As KiethP confirmed those screen grabs are from GSV March 2022 however in my experience PPC's rarely replace tatty/ broken/missing signage except when it's advantageous to them, their whole business model is about spending as little as possible for maximum return. The only way you will know if they are bang up to date is a re-visit and take dated photos.PPC's will supply stock images of signage for evidence from their files, rarely actual on site images and in some cases their evidence won't even be the right location. The COP they are supposed to be working to is here> https://www.parkingprotection.co.uk/assets/Uploads/Code-of-Practice-v8.pdfNote sections on signage!
