Hi there 

Hope you are all well. Just a quick update I had a hearing set by the county court in October 2024. DCB legal had sent me a settlement offer couple of times which I ignored as usual. Today I recieved a letter from them along with a N279 notice of discontinuance. I'm on the phone to court now to verify this. How can I claim expense for my time and the distress they have caused? Please advice guys many thanks in advance

Thank you so very much I couldn't have done it without you guys much appreciated. I would suggest everyone to fight off until the last minute. Follow your simple instructions on newbies thread. Good luck everyone 

P.S another case has been forwarded to my local court for a hearing. Same scammers

I did see on the DCB Discontinuations thread that the N279 was apparently dated 24th July 2023, more than 6 months ago-the answer from the court may be interesting!

I noticed that .... very odd, 
Did Yasmin Mia forecast the future when she signed a fake claim 
Was form N279 INACTED WITH THE CLAIM whilst DCBL played the game of attempting to extort money

They cannot claim a typo ,,, NOT JULY 2023 when their letter states FEB 2024
Is this sheer incompetence by DCBL  ???
OR is this a can of worms that must be investigated by the SRA and MoJ ??.

Trouble is, with the way the system looks after these bottom crawlers, they will get away with saying "admin error" or "it is a typo ain't it Guv. Nowt to see here."

Hi guys I noticed the same aswell and they decided to discontinue before the submission of N180. They were waiting all this time for me to pay up. The government need to toughen up the law for private parking claims. I haven't seen the court asking the claimant to pay trial fee before. Is that new?
