Hi all

Just recieved DCBL direction questionnaire form and they would like to proceed further. I have called CCBC couple of days ago and they said they are weeks behind hence no update on MCOL. Shall I just fill my own DQ form and send it over? Shall I send it via post or email? Please advise

You may as weel wait until it shows up in your MCOL that the CCBC has sent you a DQ and then just download your own and email it to the CCBC and DCB Legal.

Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...

Items 8, 9 and 10 on that checklist may well be worth another read.

This defence, yes.  But, if you were the driver, point 4 doesn't apply. On your own (new) thread, you'd best give us some detail of the parking event and what you intend to place in your Defence in the opening paragraphs before you use the ones by Johny. 

But it's not just a case of copy and dump, you need to read each paragraph carefully to ensure it fits around the circumstances of your own case and you understand what it is that is written.  This isn't an effortless exercise.

Hey @johny86, would you mind please copy and pasting all of your final defence here so I can see it all in one place? I've been directed towards your defence but feel totally lost and overwhelmed trying to piece it together as a complete beginner (my bad). Sorry to ask, hope you don't mind!
