UKPC DCB Legal claim discontinued

This isn't the full name of the Claimant as stated on your Claim Form:
"UKPC Limited".
And to answer your question, no evidence at all is attached at this stage. Comes later, at WS bundle stage (as explained in the NEWBIES thread section headed 'IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you, I will change to UK Parking Control
Also, I was reading the NEWBIES again yesterday and had a general question - does the letter of discontinuation (if there is one) tend to come after the defence or do defendants seem to find more things come through, such as the WS Bundle before discontinuation0 -
The discontinuance comes well after the defence and you might also get some silly letters and phone calls/texts, trying to scare you and urging you to settle!
Poker-face them (and do your WS bundle if your deadline for that is looming later this year) and they'll discontinue before the hearing. They don't do WS bundles for single PCN cases that are 'forum-defended'. They walk away late.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all
Today I got round to submitting my defence, a PDF file, signed and dated to the CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk email address
I cc'd another address of mine in also to ensure that it was sent, this was done at 9:40 this morning. As of now (11:30am) I haven't received anything from the CCBC acknowledging they have received it, should I be worried?
Should I resend, give them a ring or hold off a couple more hours - given my deadline of 4pm on Monday 5th June I want to ensure that they have got it ASAP... any advice greatly appreciated. Thank you0 -

Using a different account has just worked in this thread. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You guys coming up trumps yet again. Just received the automated reply from them
roll on the letters and phone calls before the WS.Thank you0 -
Hi There, so today I received an email from DCBL saying that they intend to move forward with the case and if I want to ring to try and settle then call them (which I have no intention of doing)
They also attached an N180 to the email, do I need to fill this out or do I wait for the court to send it.
Who shall I submit it to also, just back to DCBL or to both them and the court..
My thanks for your help0 -
You were expecting that weren't you?
Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...
Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list in the TEMPLATE DEFENCE sticky thread might be worth another read. Seems to answer all your questions.

Great, thanks for that. And yes... my hope is i'll recieve the N180 ASAP (i'm away from tomorrow until Sunday), I'll fill it in an submit it back to court then await a hearing date... or better still a discontinuation.
I'll be photo copying and sending:
The copy of the permit I still have from UKPC which i've kept
A letter from the local council highlighting my council tax bill as proof I lived at that address
A photo that an enforcer took - albeit around 2 meters away from my vehicle showing the top of the permit1
