That's as good as shutting them down as their codes are inept and their behaviour is questionable at best and impartiality is non existence. Taking the appeal systems and codes away from these cartels is totally needed and long overdue.

@JassyDen - another forum user who attended Vantage Point and strugged with the App and lost at Popla recently won their case at Brighton Court.  I can't remember if she did Popla, but "lost" at their own appeals system.  The circumstances of her case were similar as she had trouble with downloading their app. So there might be some good points you can pick up on there so you are ready should they decide to push for court.

Hi there, just to update this post - I appealed to Popla and they have refused it - so it's now in the hands of DCBL debt collectors and I will appeal at court

You can't appeal at court. You can and hopefully will defend if it does come to a court claim.

The next stage is to wait out, but you are ready and a step ahead with lots of material on hand should it go to court which it'll likely do so based on the company's MO. But they have been beaten lots of times at court over this location. @bastos recently won in court with her case which was at Vantage Point.
