Did you send it to their hearings email?

Didn't the right email address show among the recipient headers on DCBLegal's email when they filed & served their WS? They normally just copy you in.

If anyone has any other comments or suggestions for things to raise in court on Monday then please let me know. I'd be grateful for any help.

My main angle will be that the T&Cs do not state anything about fines for keying in/typos so I did not enter into that contract.
The lack of access to the internet underground and the poor lighting meaning I was rushing to try and process a payment on the app and failed to notice the old car reg.
That I extended my parking period and have been completely open from the very start demonstrating that I am a genuine and honest customer.
That the landowner didn't lose any money from me parking my car on their premises as I paid for the whole duration.

Well thanks to the amazing people on this forum I have just won my case against OPS in Brighton County Court. 

I am absolutely over the moon and the judge was really supportive of both the case and all the points that were in the statement.

When you've gathered your thoughts, perhaps you can give us some of the details of the hearing - which court, Judge's name, who did the PPC field to represent them, what did they have to say, what did the Judge have to say, did you have to speak, on what basis did the Judge find in your favour?  This information really does help us to understand the courts' and Judges' thinking which in due course helps other motorists who inevitably fall foul of litigation-rampant PPCs.
