You still have to prepare a witness statement in support of your defence, which should contain your evidence.  Fortunately there are a couple of exemplars for format and style which are those by @aphex007 and @SJRRJS

How long is a piece of string? However, robustly defended claims made with the advice given by the experts on this forum are often withdrawn before they ever get to court.

To be honest there is no definitive answer. Sometimes they actually drop cases that they actually have a chance with. These are often dropped at the 11th hour on the day of a hearing which is what happened with @fishsoup case ( https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6250903/ops-vantage-point/p1 ).

However they went full steam ahead on my case which without sounding arrogant I couldn't ever see them ever winning (unless they got lucky with a crap naive judge which thankfully aren't a common thing). But I think that may have been motivated by spite as I feel I irked them somewhat 😉 

The best court of action is to give it all you've got and go all guns blazing with the kitchen sink thrown in for good measure!  Once you've done your WS I'd advise sharing a redacted version as there are always things you might not see thst others may do which was the case in my defence. 

Once you've sent the WS, they may send back a Supplementary WS of their WS in retort which you must post up. They did thst with mine and I sent back a Supp of my own rubbishing everything they said with Fact and Law!

Dear All

I now have a draft WS (without all the exhibits and some formatting being sorted) if anyone is happy to advise me on anything I need to add or remove. I've had a lot of help from the amazing @95Rollers who sent over his successful WS for the same car park.
