OPS' signs are 45cm by 45cm, which is the BPA Code approved minimum size, so the size complies (but keep all your other points about the minuscule font size and the huge amount of text, with the £60 / £100 charge not prominent). Have you mentioned Lord Denning's red hand rule about bringing important points to the attention of the consumer?

I need to send the WS off today. So I send it to ss-sussexadmin@justice.gov.uk and to DCBL address that I received their WS from? Is that correct? And put the Claim number in the title?

Oh I've just had an email back stating that ss-sussexadmin@justice.gov.uk is undeliverable. Does anyone know the correct email address as annoyingly the court notification date letter doesn't state it.
