Yep, looks fine. I hate Vantage Point and would never have parked there - in fact there's a fair amount of on-street parking in Brighton.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I know it was very foolish of me and had no idea about its dreadful reputation. I tell everyone I know to avoid it now. it was very foolish of me and had no idea about its dreadful reputation. I tell everyone I know to avoid it now.
Thanks again for all your help. You do a fantastic job supporting innocent people against this awful trade.2

It's a complete sh**hole! I didn't even park there and got taken to court! But their meritless claim was dismissed. I'm happy to send you my witness statements if needed.bastos said:I know it was very foolish of me and had no idea about its dreadful reputation. So after submitting my defence I have now just received an email from the Legal firm representing OPS and it states....Good morning
Having reviewed the content of your defence, we write to inform you that our client intends to proceed with the claim. In due course, the Court will direct both parties to each file a directions questionnaire. In preparation for that, please find attached a copy of the Claimant's, which we confirm has been filed with the Court. Without Prejudice to the above, in order to assist the Court in achieving its overriding objective, our client may be prepared to settle this case - in the event you wish to discuss settlement, please call us on 0203 434 0433 within 7 days and make immediate reference to this correspondence. If you have provided an email address within your Defence, we intend to use it for service of documents (usually in PDF format) hereon in pursuant to PD 6A (4.1)(2)(c). Please advise whether there are any limitations to this (for example, the format in which documents are to be sent and the maximum size of attachments that may be received). Unless you advise otherwise, we will assume not.Kind regards, DCB Legal Limited Should I be ringing that number above to discuss settlement. The email also had the DQ attached. Appreciate any help on next steps. Thankyou Sarah 0

 Absolutely not !
This is standard blurb from them. IF you ring, they will try to bully you into paying something, and often they will actually discontinue before court. If you are very strong minded you could ring and record their false statements and bullying, which might help @Coupon-mad with briefing the people who need to know. Otherwise, leave it and also await the DQ from the Court, do not use the one from DCB Legal. The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2

So at the moment it is just sit tight and wait to hear from the court then? Should I start preparing evidence and witness statements now? Thankyou0

Are you still following that checklist you used when filing your Defence?
