122 spent so far. Got general food, dog food etc. using the chase app to get cash back so all my spends are rounded up. Got my fiver from vinted to and a positive feedback so I must have done it all okay. Might list a few more bits.
I've paid it into my pension LISA thing. I don't have much in there but a percentage is added to it when I pay in so it will instantly grow my earnings so to speak. It's still more of a meal out fund for when I'm sixty than a retirement pot but everything helps doesn't it.

My LISA doesn't have a lot in it either but I add to it each month.  It will be a nice little bonus when it arrives!

Do we pay into it till we are 50 then can get it after 60. Can't quite remember 😂. I should put more in really to get the bonus. Ended up buying new school shoes today so put old ones on vinted. Not sure about how that will go.

Yes, I think that's what it is.  I should really put in more, especially as I will soon only have 3 years to go til 50, but I can't really justify it at the moment, I need something more accessible.

I've bought used school shoes on V before, it's handy especially towards the end of term when I don't want to spend a lot.

Similar age to you so yes my probably sixty quid or so in the LISA isn't much use. Maybe I'll randomly win the lottery that I never play and manage to fill it up.
I'll keep the shoes on vinted then. If not there will be a collection at end of year for the uniform pop up shop than runs round here. No objections to giving them away just want to get them out of the way. With three kids we end up with so many shoes about that no longer fit. 😂 Although I've kept four pairs of football boots for if the youngest two ever need them

Spent about another twenty on food so far this week with top up shops. Including some yellow sticker flowers for 1.49 that haven't even  bloomed yet and a lovely little pastry this morning. Not essential at all but a mini treat. So there's gonna be money in the food pot and I have still have spends left so far this month. DH is currently at the pub. Third time in a week. We are in ssp territory from next week so I'm not overly impressed that he's out drinking again but let's move on but then I did spend money on flowers and pastry. DH buys me flowers from time to time but they were at the checkout this morning and I just fancied them 😂.
Otherwise debts the same, housework still boring but weather has been warmer so it's all good

Tilly tallied again this morning. 220 in my Christmas/bday pot. 1000 in my savings pot. (All in one place as the interest rates have dropped now on the rest) and debts perhaps a little less as DH d debits has gone out today for one of his. Hoping he checks his app for me so we know where it's up to.
I'm also really hoping to get through the ssp phase without using these savings but I suppose it's better than not having any at all isn't it.
Took part in the octopus challenge yesterday to reduce energy use so hopefully get a few pence back from that as well. They had one the day before too but I didn't sign up in time.
I Cba with much today. Dark cold and the wind is due. Ah well must go get organized. Bye for now

Well dh is in the pub for the third time this week. Can't see my savings lasting. We lost a gate in the storms yesterday but I'm not surprised as it's been on its way out for a while. Had the car parked in front of it all day and by the time I'd done the school run it had come clean off with the wind. Otherwise all safe and sound which is the main thing. Hope everyone else was okay.

Glad only your gate had suffered.  I'm sorry DH is in the pub again.  I can sympathise with the trying to save when others are not helping.  I've been in that position before but thankfully no more.
