Started new job. Had wage from old job. Ignoring finances at the moment cos it's too messy and theirs no headspace for it yet. Debts gone up but am expecting to be back on track by sept.
Gotta get used to working full-time first. House in carnage, fridge empty, washing behind. You get the drift. Mummy/wifey can't do it all now and never thought she should be anyway, sooner they realise the better 😂😂

Couple of advisories on MOT but it passed. Need to book in to get them done but should be sorted with the 300 I had set aside.

Right I've been AWOL for a while and so should get back on track.  debts in my name 714, 775, 1912 ,2139 and 2616. Debts in DH name 3090 and 4340. Total 15586. New budget with new job allows for 100 a month to e fund and 100 a week for childcare. Term time my childcare costs are approx 60 a week so once we get the extra costs of summer out of the way that will finally be a bit of extra flex in the budget. I have my suspicions I'm not keeping to my food budget so now my head has time to do this stuff again I'm going to start transferring the weekly spends to a separate account like I used to. Short term goals are getting an e fund back up and running and getting under 15k by the end of the year and staying there. I've hoovered around it for ages. Breaking it and not going back will be a psychological win!

Good news about the car.  Getting under £15k will be a nice boost!

Hope the new job is going well.
