Wow almost a week since I've posted. Been a strange week. Marriage currently very rocky. Kids b day venue closed at last minute so had to decamp to another place (good job I was carrying a few cards!!)
Used my Asda rewards on my shop and now just limping along till payday

Have been looking at new budget plans, in short we are running at a small deficit at moment but from July when we drop to two childcare costs not three budget will be in the plus. As long as I can cobble together the extreme cost of a high school uniform then from July we should be back on track.
Treading water and small wins till then!

Have adjusted my signature as it makes no sense. We have debts in both our names

 I am paying minimums on all. Mine seem to be going up not down but I'll keep trying. We keep getting good offers on one of dh DMP debts but I'm not in a position to pay it so it will just have to stay put.

July isn’t so far away, there’s a light at the end of that tunnel. Would you be able to get a supermarket version of the uniform?

No the highschool ones round here are all branded. Won't be till aug so as long as I plan ahead I'll find a way. The primary school ones I still buy from Sainsbury's so that's all good.

If there is a fb page for parents of the new school, join now as they may be selling second hand uniform or just giving it away as their children have now grown out of things.  I had a whole load of bits I found in charity shops by the time my lot started.  Even if you can get a little of it 2nd hand and the main blazer or jumper new it will all help

Thanks slm6002. We officially find out the school in march so I can keep my eyes peeled. We are pretty certain we will get top choice so if I see anything early I will buy and if necessary pass on

Tilly tallies sent today. It all helps.
Expecting a call today from the first party venue we had booked last weekend to refund our entrance costs after we arrived to find it shut. Hopefully the managers will ring this afternoon as promised and I don't have to ring them to chase. I did speak to the staff there yesterday so I feel slightly more reassured that this means they hadn't gone bust!
Half term this week but no major plans apart from a car service and my mini day case op.
I will see how I feel after that before planning anything else.

activity money- awaiting a refund. Officially overspent till it's received
Shopping 120, 82 spent so far.

Emergency fund is now 76
Weight-no idea. Not checked as been eating birthday cake...
