Ticking over is good, and is all that needs to happen really!

Still plodding.nine days till payday.  Not too much to report as everything is so chaotic at home, work school I've not had chance to check where I'm up to. Some self care and home admin time needed I think

My online banking hadn't worked for a few days. Not sure why as DH was fine. Got back in today but need to assess properly on Monday I think. 6 days till payday. Today low spend as swim lessons then a free activity only requiring parking. Sun's out which is nice but got boring house repairs to get done tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Thankyou. Busy busy and now feeling utterly knackered. And endless flat pack... I think I did sort of okay though. It took me triple the recommended time to build for each item but i.am.a novice and there was one of me or one plus child to build it so in all fairness I'm super proud of myself. Next time I will win the lottery however and buy better quality stuff or pay someone to build it ha ha.

Signature has been updated. We still owe way more than we did earlier in earlier diaries but we have broke the 20k barrier!
We are soon to break the 70k barrier for mortgage and more importantly the pots for Xmas, car, annual bills and e fund all have something in them again. Small amounts but it's a start. The light bulb is well and truly back on and we are back on the debt busting bandwagon.

And I've finally got around to ordering a new bank card for one of my accounts that kept glitching and not letting me pay in shops even if money was in the account. The plan is this card has 150 a week for food, 20 for petrol and 20 for activities. All other d debits have been shifted and this will be the Friday to Friday pot!
DH has three weeks running missed a bill and asked for a sub of money but Rome wasn't built in a day was it!!!!

So just had a quick count up. Between the three kids being booked onto a year six residential, two school trips and a leavers trip between them we will have spent 290 this next half term. Not including spends.... or the sponsored thing they did before half term that I need to send in sponser ship for. No wonder I've been skint..... 😂 Thankfully we had a lot of notice for residential so I paid for it end of last year...
Right will stop rambling now and actually do the housework I'm supposed to be catching up on today!
