The weather is awful isn't it!! Good news there's no damage, I think I would shave a meltdown if I ended up with an unexpected cost.1

Just hope I've not spoken to soon as wind forecast again tonight. Some costly damage to neighbours houses. For once we were lucky . It's about timeJan 18 Joint debts 35,213

My personal debts have gone below 12 k again. (they were a lot lower a while back I know) some are accruing interest so the aim is to hover around 12k preferably under and ressess each month. E fund still 100. Some new furniture needed to replace something that broke but will have to save or marketplace for that. And 10 days till payday. Might just make it (famous last words)Jan 18 Joint debts 35,213

Just to add the 12k isn't out total debts. It's just what's in my name. I read back as far as November in my diaries. Our debt has increased so much. Hiding behind my hands gere. The common theme in this diary is chaotic finances. Honestly in the last 18 months I think we have well and truly lost the plot at our house. Or I have.
I'm not declaring the full debt amounts yet other than to say it's less than when I very first joined mse. It's gonna be a long slog and dh is now looking after 3 of his 5 debts and I don't intend/and probably won't be able to to any transfers to help him. I've had my breathing space. I'm probably not better off but it has been useful and I'm re-energised to keep the debts steady then get them lower.
And had some fantastic news yesterday, tax free childcare sent me an email and they think they have fixed my account. I've already paid childcare to payday but after that I can test it out and hopefully save a bit on my bills.Jan 18 Joint debts 35,213
