The case has been struck out before hearing  😀😀😀😀

The reasoning makes for some amusing reading -

"Particulars of claim are entirely inadaquate"

attached the letter for amusement (let me know if I should delete, blurred out identifying sections)

This is case 1, still to hear back on the second identical case.

Do I need to do anything further?

cannot thank you all enough. Another win against these charlatans. It's time the courts starting clamping down on these w*nkers

    GOOD NEWS

"Particulars of claim are entirely inadaquate"

Assume the claim was signed by the one and only Yasmin Mia who is a legal working at DCBL. Assume Mia is registered with the SRA ?

But she signs a STATEMENT of truth which the court says ...
"Particulars of claim are entirely inadaquate"

All the rubbish we see from DCBL SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE SRA, if not, BY the MoJ

It's about time the courts order YASMIN MIA to answer FOR the fake claims she signs

1505grandad is right, Norwich court has woken up to the DCBL totally rubbish claims (especially the UKPC JUNK)
I am sure it will not be too long before all courts take action against DCBL FOR THEIR TIMEWASTING
"Particulars of claim are entirely inadaquate"

The order is to UKPC. WHO passed the claim to DCBL. it was DCBL who issued an inadequare claim

In future ... UKPC should select their legal very carefully because they are made to look idiots and their legal is as daft as a bog brush

Yay another one to add to the list of strike outs at Manchester, Luton, etc!
