    Hi all,

I came across this site that contains a raft of email contacts for all nefarious firms including parking solicitors.

I thought worth sharing for others.

    Submitting N180 now.

Hi - just checked MCOL & and latest update is that DQ was issued to defendant. I submitted it via email on 4 May and got an auto response acknowledging receipt.

    Anything to be concerned about?

Next thing you should see is that they have received your DQ; they are somewhat behind in their admin but it won't hurt to send the DQ again with a note explaining that you have already returned the DQ and were surprised not to see it on the MCOL status page.

So I have received another separate claim from these rodents for 3 more PCNs. I thought this may come as the initial one didn’t contain all the PCNs revealed in the SAR. This completes it.

    Dates
    issue date - 19th May
AoS submitted via MCOL - 01 June

Am I correct in thinking we have until 21 June to send defence? (28 days + 5 days from 19th May)

and for defence, expecting to insert a section on action estoppel however is this only relevant once the existing claim is concluded?

You are correct with your Defence filing deadline and the other guidance I offered on 30 January at 6:47PM is still good.

    @KeithP will confirm.

Re action estoppel, yes it is relevant no matter what the stage of the other claim and must be mentioned.

    Thank you all.

My defence is literally the exact same minus the estoppel part. Do I need to make a different defence or can I replicate word for word with additional section on estoppel?

You can replicate word for word but have near the top (paragraph 2, I 'd suggest) some good wording about Henderson v Henderson taken from another defence.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Is that me lost?
